Last. Concert

This last few days we’ve been travelling Iceland and playing in different small towns and it’s been really fun. We havn’t really had the time to update during the way and now we have played our final concert. It’s been a really good experience to make this small tour and see the landscapes of Iceland

As promised we will update with some clips from the concerts but our computer is having some technichal difficulties.

Thank everyone who came to the concerts, thanks to svensk/isländska samarbetsfonden who made this trip possible and to Leifurs family for having us in their home.

First Concert

We had our first concert this evening together with Magnus Trygvasson Eliassen and it was a success. Even though the sound inside churches is not optimal for amplified music, we played a good concert and we’re very pleased with the start of our tour.

We will update with a video from the concert within a day or two

Iceland rocks

We had a day off today and took the car out for some sightseeing. First we drove from Reykjavik to Geysir where we saw some fantastic exploding, boiling, smoking hot springs. From Geysir we drove to a nearby waterfall which contains mostly water some melting glaciers.

During the trip we’ve also seen many montains, rivers and other fantastic nature phenomenons.
We rounded the trip up with a nice bath in a Jacuzzi bath house and some fine dining with the Icelandic folk band Korka.

Tomorrow we’re meeting Magnus for some hours of rehearsal.

Iceland

After stressful morning at the airport in copenhagen we’ve managed to check all of our gear in, including the enormous bass (which we didn’t need to pay extra for after some discussion) and board the flight on time.

After each concert we’ll post a video on our blog and youtube, so if you can’t come, you will still be able to see and hear some parts of the concerts.

Finally, after several hours of mixing and recording, we’ve finally released the preview for our album.

Studio Recording Updates

After a few days of hard work in the studio we’ve managed to record 10 songs.
The final mastering is being made tonight by our good friend Oskar (check out his band by Clicking Here

Northern Journey

Dear readers.
We’re currently working hard on the arrangements of our songs and the progress is smooth.
We have a few rehearsals left before we fly to Iceland.
Before the 17th you will find some previews from our upcoming EP. The design is finished and the studio is booked.
The EP is called ‘Northern Journey’ and will include both swedish and icelandic songs.
We’re really looking forward to this experience and hope to see you on the tour.
